About Me
I was interested in massage at an early age. Myself and several of my family members have chronic pain issues and it has always been a key component in pain management and maintaining overall health.
After moving to Edmonton seventeen years ago, massage therapy felt like a good fit for me on a professional level as well as a personal level and I have gone on to pursue more formal training in massage.
I always felt people tension in their body but I had no idea what I feel and I decide to go to school and have a proper training about anatomy, physiology and human body.
I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy with a 2200 hr, Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma.
I have extra training in Deep Tissue Massage and Pre/Postnatal Massage, Chair Massage courses from MH Vicars, Hot Stone Massage course from Stone Spirits, Myofascial Cupping Workshop at Natural Health Practitioners of Canada presented by David Sheehan Level I and Advanced, AromaTouch Technique with dōTERRA® Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils, Thai Foot Reflexology Massage course from Academy of Reflexology, Ortho-Bionomy course from Ortho-Bionomy Association of Canada, Advanced Sports Massage course from Canadian Sports Massage Therapist Association CSMTA and Certified in Kinetic Massage of Neck, Shoulder and Hip from Seminars for Health.
All my training is very vast and sometimes I mix my techniques to help you better.
