About Your Massage

If possible, please remove your jewelry and watches prior to your massage.

This is your time for yourself.  Please turn off your cell phone and pager.

If this is your first visit, expect to fill out a health history form.

It is always my goal to work with people to improve their health.  Massage can impact on a wide range of health conditions not normally connected with massage.  Please make sure you discuss your health issues with me prior to the massage.

Please speak up at any point during your treatment if you have any concerns.  This can include the area being worked, how it is being worked, if things are painful or if you need something worked deeper.  I am always happy to change my approach until we find something that works for you, as well I might use Myofascial Cupping with my massages.
